PE main features:
Excellent wear resistance, good low-temperature impact resistance, self-lubrication, non-toxic, water resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance better than ordinary PE, the disadvantage is low heat resistance (thermal distortion temperature), processing and molding The outer surface hardness, rigidity and creep resistance are not as good as those of ordinary engineering plastics, and the expansion coefficient is relatively large.
The operating temperature is 100~110℃. It has good cold resistance and can be used at -269℃. A product with a density of 0.935g/cm3 and a molecular weight of 2 million has a tensile strength at break of 40MPa, an elongation at break of 350%, a bending elastic modulus of 600MPa, and a cantilever beam notch impact that is continuous. Abrasion amount (MPC method) 20mm.
Application scope:
