Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene heavy-duty machinery vehicle engineering vehicle leg pads are stronger in compressive capacity, more wear-resistant, and have a longer service life than ordinary outrigger pads, which not only saves costs, but also improves use efficiency. 1. Wear-resistant The wear resistance of UHMWPE is the crown of plastics and surpasses some metals. The mortar wear index of UHMWPE is 1/5 of PA66, 1/10 of HDPE and PVC; compared with metal, it is 1/7 of carbon steel. l/27 in brass. 2. Impact resistance The impact strength of UHMWPE is about 2 times that of impact-resistant PC, 5 times that of ABS, and more than 10 times that of POM and PBTP.


The outrigger pad is composed of a plate-shaped backing plate body and a hand rope. The plate-shaped backing plate body is made of UHMW/HDPE polymer composite material. The four-corner support of the PE polymer synthetic material backing plate is 60mm and bears a pressure of more than 15-18 tons/cm. It can be used normally in harsh environments, and it will bend without breaking when overloaded. The hand rope is made of nylon, and the end of the hand rope is embedded in the body of the backing plate for easy transportation and deployment. The outrigger plate pressed by ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has a stronger pressure bearing capacity, which can reach more than 30-45 tons/cm.
